Last night we had the joyous experience of going to Ally's last voice recital... Kind of a bittersweet moment... after 22 years (including Sarah) of lessons, sporting events, school programs, recitals, shows... Of course it won't ever end... but my time as the mother who reminds her child that she needs to be somewhere in 5 minutes or she needs to turn off the TV and study is coming to an end. Anyway... she chose to sing 'For Good' from Wicked... many tears were shed, but she made it through... and the rest of us barely did. Soo sad her mother thought she was recording the whole thing...
