One of the greatest things about having your children grow up is the   relationship transition from parent TO friend... of course they'll always be your child, but what grandiose and unabashed joy to call them friend! For Christmas one year I embroidered the saying  'My Mother, My Sister, My Friend' for my mom... Hands down, this adorable and amazing girl IS  'My Daughter, My Sister, My Friend'...  and I honestly couldn't have better in all three. I love you more than life itself, Sar Bear...  YOU ARE LIFE and everything that is wonderful and good and beautiful and marvelous! Thank you.  <3
